A quiet fragile man of 61 years of age, had one wish and that was to ride a horse. I arranged for him with friends to support us,  a trip to the riding stables,  where I own my spanish pure bred horse called Robi. This morning a visit to a finca on the beach in the charismatic town of Oliva was on the program. Already the arrival made me happy - a light breeze of the sea air, wonderful!   Antonio, the homeowner, greeted us warmly. His family was just about to prepare "stuffed peppers" the traditional way.
